Beshoy is passionate about walking alongside his clients in their unique journeys—offering support, empathy, and guidance as they move toward healing and wholeness. He believes therapy is a sacred space where individuals can reconnect with themselves, process their pain, and discover what it means to be fully alive.

His approach is dynamic and integrative, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Existential Therapy, EMDR, Person-Centered Therapy, and Sand Tray Therapy. This allows him to tailor treatment to each individual, meeting clients where they are—emotionally, mentally, and creatively.

Beshoy works with individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and adjustment challenges. Whether processing deep wounds or navigating everyday stressors, he strives to create a warm, safe, and collaborative environment where meaningful change can take place.

Ultimately, he believes therapy is not just about symptom relief—it’s about discovering what it means to be fully alive in one’s own story. He sees healing as beginning with being truly seen, and considers it a privilege to walk alongside his clients as they move toward greater freedom, clarity, and purpose.
