Helping you heal and grow beyond anxiety, depression, and the effects of trauma.
Starting therapy is not always an easy decision. You may have been carrying anxiety for a long time, feeling weighed down by depression, or trying to make sense of painful experiences from your past. At times, it can feel exhausting to keep pushing through on your own.
At Shoreline Counseling Group, we believe you are more than the symptoms you are struggling with. You are a whole person with a story, relationships, beliefs, and hopes for your life. Our role is to offer a steady, compassionate space where healing can begin and growth feels possible again.
Healing unfolds with patience and care. In a space grounded in trust and respect, meaningful progress becomes possible.
Sometimes emotions feel nearer than you would like. This is a place to gently explore what is coming up and begin working through it with steady support.
You may notice your mind jumping ahead to what could go wrong or your body struggling to relax. In therapy, we gently explore the roots of your anxiety and practice new ways of responding that create more space and calm.
Depression can feel like a quiet heaviness that lingers, making even small tasks feel harder than they should. There is space here to understand what is beneath that weight and begin rebuilding clarity, energy, and connection at a pace that feels manageable.
When something painful has become part of your story, it can continue to affect how you feel, relate, and move through the world. We approach your experiences with compassion and care, honoring your dignity and working collaboratively toward healing and wholeness at a pace that feels steady and safe.
Some experiences remain vivid or unsettled, even long after they have passed. Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is one of the ways we thoughtfully help the brain and body process what feels unresolved, approaching your story with care and clinical excellence so that healing can unfold with greater steadiness and freedom.

Each person who walks through our doors carries a story shaped by relationships, experiences, questions, and hopes for what life could be. We approach that story with compassion, curiosity, and a deep respect for your dignity and worth. Healing begins in a space where vulnerability is safeguarded, and trust is carefully stewarded.
Our clinicians are committed to both compassionate presence and clinical excellence. With graduate-level training and ongoing supervision, we draw from evidence-based therapies such as EMDR and Internal Family Systems to support meaningful, lasting change.
